SHIPPING AND RETURN POLICY.

This site is hosted by Rackspace. Rackspace! hosts the store pages, ordering system, and order data. Rackspace! automatically collects order information but may only use this information in the aggregate. If you accessed this store through Rackspace! Cancellations or Changes

Cancellations or Change order must be made before we ship out your order. We process orders almost immediately after we receive them. If you need to cancel or change your order, please email and call us immediately after you place your order, once your order has been ship out, Cancellations or Change order are NOT possible.

Return Policy

All the returns must be authorized by Frank Chalah Linens Inc. given a Return Authorization number and must complete and sign the return request form; we must receive the returns packages within 10 business days from the date of your original receiving date.

Returned items must be received in their original packaging and in perfect condition. If merchandise was originally in seal packaging, it's expected to be returned in the same way.

For all the returns, there will be 25% restocking fee applied, return shipping fee is the responsibility of the customers.

Original shipping fee is non-refundable.

Unsealed, used, ironed, laundered items are not returnable.

All the clearance items, samples are not returnable.

Exchange Policy

Return for exchange upon placing a new order online. You must place your new order and request return in 3 business days from your original receiving date, per item’s quantity of the new order can NOT be less than the items returned, the exchange items must be our in stock items only. if your returned items quantity exceed your new order quantity, the exceeded returned items will be processed as normal return as per our return policy. The customer is responsible for new order’s shipping fee.

All the exchange must be authorized by Frank Chalah Linens Inc. given a return Authorization number and must complete the return request form; you must fill out the new order number on the return request form, return without provide new order number will be processed as normal return as per our return policy. We must receive the returns packages within 10 business days from the date of your original receiving date.

Defective or Incorrect Items

Please inspect merchandise immediately after you received the package, if you find any defective or damaged items, incorrect items or shortage, you must notify us within 3 business days from original package receiving date, we will contact you for the claim procedure. Due to the unique one of kind dye techniques color shadings and moderate inconsistencies may occur. These types of variations are not considered defects or damages.

Used, laundered, ironed, clearance items are not claimable.

All resend or replacement merchandise will be shipped with the equivalent shipping method from your original order.

Shipping Policy

We process Orders from Monday – Friday; orders placed on weekend will be processed on following Monday.

All orders ship from our warehouse (Winter Haven, FL) in the same day, if we received your order before 3:00pm central time after your payments are completely verified.

Due to USPS real time software function weight limited, cannot exceed over 75lbs. All packages will be sent PRIORITY MAIL, unless if it weights 13oz or less. Express mail is optional, it comes 100.00 of insurance and free tracking automatically. USPS priority mail automatically has 50.00 of insurance and a free tracking, it is the customer responsibility to add additional insurance just incase if your package gets lost or damaged. Your order maybe hit the weight or size limited, it will be sent in muiltiple packing. The over 75lbs shipping method only applies to 48 contiguous states (excluding Alaska and Hawaii).

We use USPS as our shipping carrier, Selection of shipping methods: USPS priority mail, 3 day select,  next day or 2nd day air. For international shipping methods: USPS Priority mail to Canada, USPS worldwide service. ALL FOREIGN COUNTRIES NEEDS TO REGISTER THEIR PACKAGE.

Estimated Delivery Date doesn’t count the processing order date and weekend.

There will be no delivery and pick up on some major holidays; we will post the information on our home page.

For all the International sales, custom duties & brokerage fees are customer's responsibility.

Refused and Returned Deliveries

Any shipments refused at their destination or returned to our store after multiple attempts are made by the carrier will be refunded without prior notification, subject to the following rules:

A 25% restocking fee will be deducted from the refunded amount to cover our operating costs for restocking the merchandise.

The original cost of shipping is non-refundable.

The return shipping cost charged to our store for refused or returned delivery will also be deducted from your refunded amount.

Incorrect address correction fee is our customer responsibility, we will automatically charge to customer's accounts.

Carrier Mistakes and Delays

We are not responsible for any delay, damage, lost or error caused by USPS or Weather conditions, but we will try our best to help customer claim from UPS.
